- Presale items are not currently in stock.
By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge that the item will be shipped once it becomes available. - Estimated shipping date: Presale orders are expected to be shipped by 28 September. Please note that this is an estimated dispatch date and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
- Shipping time: The shipping date refers to when your order is dispatched, not when it will be delivered. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination.
- Mixed orders: If your order contains both presale and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once the presale item is available.
- Changes or delays: While we will do our best to meet the estimated shipping date, delays can occasionally occur due to production, supplier, or shipping circumstances outside our control.
- Cancellations: Presale orders cannot be cancelled.
- Returns: Once a presale item has been dispatched, our standard returns and refund policy will apply.
- By placing a presale order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and understand that the item will not be shipped immediately.
