Which length do I get?
Length decides where it sits. 45cm sits on the collarbone, good for stacking and smaller frames. 52cm sits clean on the chest and is right for most guys. 55cm sits a touch lower on the chest. Pick from the lengths shown on the page. Between two? Pick the spot you want it to sit.
What if the fit is wrong, or it is just not right?
Swap it. Instant exchange means the replacement ships before you post anything back, and you have 30 days for a standard exchange. You just cover the return postage. Engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged, so measure first on those. Full details on our returns page.
How fast will I get it?
We pack every weekday. Order before 11am on a weekday and it leaves the same day, with standard or express post at checkout. Shipping is free over $140, and personalised pieces can add up to 3 business days.
Is it actually solid silver?
Solid 925 sterling silver all the way through, not a coating over cheap metal. There is nothing to wear off, so it will never leave a green mark on your skin.
Can I shower, surf and train in it?
Yes. Salt water, chlorine and soap are all fine, just rinse it in fresh water afterwards. Take it off for heavy lifting and anything with harsh chemicals like bleach, and it will look after itself.
What actually comes in the box?
The necklace, a jewellery box, a suede pouch, a silver polishing cloth and a 1 year warranty. Included with every order, so it arrives gift ready.
What if it dulls over time?
That is tarnish, not damage, and it is normal for real sterling silver. The polishing cloth in your box takes it off in about thirty seconds and it looks new again.
