Can I engrave both the inside and outside of a piece?

Depending on the style, rings are only to be engraving on the inside of the band. Cuffs and bracelets can be engraved on both the inside and outside. The engraving options available will be shown on each product page.

What can I engrave on my jewellery?

Names, dates, initials, coordinates, or a short message, if it means something to you, it’s worth engraving. Keep in mind, we have a 15 character limit.

Can engraved items be returned or exchanged?

Because engraved pieces are personalised and made to order, they’re considered final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

How long does engraving take?

Engraved orders are made to order and will ship within 48 hours. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Can I preview my engraving before ordering?

Currently, we don’t offer live previews, but you’ll be able to see the exact font that will be used on the piece right on the product page before confirming your engraving.

Are the engravings done by hand or machine?

All engravings are done using high-precision engraving machines for a clean, long-lasting finish that complements the quality of our solid sterling silver pieces. Our stamped rings are done by hand.

Will the engraving fade over time?

No, our engravings are deep enough to last a lifetime when cared for properly. Sterling silver may naturally develop patina with wear, but the engraving will remain visible as it's etched into the metal.

Can I request a custom font or symbol for my engraving?
