Returns can be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Please choose your rings carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like to return an item, we offer exchanges or a store credit. Customers are eligible for one (1) return per order (including store credit re-orders).

Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter, change or cancel it.

Extra discounts cannot be redeemed for products already discounted and/or on sale (this includes but is not limited to welcome discounts, abandoned cart discounts, Club Billie Jo discounts and more).

Yes! Billie Jo jewellery is water proof, sweat proof and ocean proof.

However, please be wary that your hand may shrink when they are in colder temperatures, so there is a chance that it might fall-off!

No! All of our jewellery is 925 sterling silver which means your jewellery will not tarnish or deteriorate over time. However, they can oxidise when they come in to contact with harsh chemicals, which can be fixed with a quick rub from our Billie Jo polish cloth (included in all orders).

All orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in Gold Coast, Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked via their website.
